WonderPush customers aren’t required to signup for Brevo, and will still be able to access their account on www.wonderpush.com. But those that want to take advantage of the Brevo integration, will be able to access a complete set of features that will help you create multi-channel campaigns, streamline customer communication, and convert more leads!

No, WonderPush will keep working as an independent app and users will still be able to login at www.wonderpush.com. The app will continue to be supported and developed, ensuring it remains a state of the art solution for web and mobile push notifications.

Will I have to contact Brevo if I need help with using WonderPush?
No, the WonderPush support team will still be answering all your questions in the platform chat, as usual. If you decide to move over to Brevo, you’ll have access to their robust customer support in 6 different languages (EN, FR, ES, PT, IT, DE).
If I move over to Brevo, what will I be able to do that I couldn’t with WonderPush?
Brevo’s all-in-one CRM suite means that you’ll be able to combine your email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp campaigns, live chat and more with your push notifications. You’ll be able to automate powerful multi-channel workflows to engage and re-engage customer at key moments in their journey.
If I move over to Brevo, what will happen to my push subscribers, campaigns and settings?
After you’ve contacted WonderPush support, and have migrated over to Brevo, your push subscribers, campaigns and settings will remain intact.
How much does Brevo cost?
Brevo offers many different plans to suit varying customer needs. The WonderPush integration (known as Push in Brevo) is currently only available for enterprise customers on a BrevoPlus plan. Contact the Brevo sales team to learn more about BrevoPlus pricing.
What languages does Brevo support?
Brevo supports English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and German, both in the user interface and in customer support.
I’m already a Brevo and WonderPush customer, how do I combine my accounts?
The WonderPush- Brevo integration (called Push in Brevo) is only available on BrevoPlus accounts. If you’re already a BrevoPlus customer, contact us to activate WonderPush within your account.
